ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a crucial role in keeping the care home immaculate, safe, and comfortable. Your work directly impacts the daily wellbeing of residents, visitors, and colleagues by maintaining a pristine environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out a variety of cleaning and housekeeping tasks across resident rooms, communal lounges, dining areas, and corridors.
Ensure all areas are kept clean, hygienic, tidy, and free of safety hazards.
Handle laundry, linen management, and deep cleaning duties as scheduled.
Maintain strict standards of infection control, hygiene, and health and safety guidelines.
Interact warmly and respectfully with residents, families, and staff members.
