In this creative role, you will design and deliver personalized activity programs that empower residents to remain active, social, and independent. Working alongside care teams, families, and local community organizations, you will bring energy and initiative to craft engaging experiences tailored to individual resident interests and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalized activity plans that encourage resident physical activity, independence, and well-being.

• Partner with families, care staff, and local communities to organize engaging events and meaningful social opportunities.

• Apply initiative and creative thinking to offer a diverse range of enriching experiences in a stimulating home environment.

Requirements
