About the Opportunity

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist neurological healthcare provider for an experienced Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapist with neurological rehabilitation experience to work across two specialist neurological centres, supporting adults with complex long-term neurological conditions. You will manage a specialist caseload, deliver evidence-based interventions, and play a key role in helping individuals improve their communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life.

Working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, you'll have access to ongoing professional development, clinical supervision, and excellent career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a specialist caseload of patients with complex neurological conditions.
Conduct comprehensive communication and swallowing (dysphagia) assessments.
Develop, implement, and evaluate personalised treatment plans.
Deliver one-to-one and group speech and language therapy sessions.
Support patients in improving communication, swallowing, and functional independence.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care.
Provide specialist advice and support to families and carers.
Contribute to clinical audits, research, and service development initiatives.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with professional standards.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have:

HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
Experience managing dysphagia assessment and treatment caseloads.
Experience working with individuals with neurological conditions.
Experience supporting families and carers.
Evidence of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and multidisciplinary team working skills.
