Complex Care Support Worker (Sign Language / Clinical Support)

Location: Hounslow, TW4, Greater London (One-to-one home care)

Hours: Full-time and part-time available

Shifts: 10 to 12-hour shifts available

Pay Rate: £12.21 – £13.50 per hour (inclusive of accrued holiday pay)

Are you a compassionate and skilled carer fluent in sign language, looking for a meaningful role where you can provide vital, culturally sensitive support? We are currently recruiting a dedicated Health Care Assistant to support a Somali man in his late 40s living in his own home in Hounslow. (Note: This is dedicated one-to-one home care based at a single residence—you will not travel between multiple homes!)

What You Will Do

• Provide attentive, respectful, and person-centred care tailored to our client's complex health and cultural needs.

• Communicate effectively using sign language, ensuring clear, comfortable daily interaction.

• Assist with specialised clinical tasks, including tracheostomy care and nebuliser support (full specialist training can be provided if your care experience is a strong match).

What You Are Looking For

• At least 6 months of professional healthcare experience and fluency in sign language.

• A patient, attentive, and culturally respectful personality who is comfortable supporting complex clinical needs (tracheostomy/nebuliser experience is a fantastic bonus, but training is available).

• Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK.
