About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in making sure residents enjoy each day by providing personal, dignified, and person-centred care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care & Daily Support: Assist residents with daily living tasks, including mobility, dressing, personal hygiene, and mealtime assistance.
Care Plan Execution: Follow individual resident care plans and risk assessments to ensure safe and compassionate care delivery.
Companionship: Dedicate meaningful one-to-one time to residents, sharing positive moments and supporting emotional wellbeing.
Team Collaboration: Work closely alongside senior carers, nurses, and home staff to maintain a warm, safe, and supportive care environment.
About You

Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience caring for older people (in professional or personal settings).
