About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find an experienced and dedicated Night Nurse (RGN) for Friston House Care Home.
In this rewarding night-shift role, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents to help deliver the exceptional quality of care they deserve. You will create a safe, comforting environment for residents with varied physical and mental needs, relying on your professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions. From developing tailored care plans to administering medication safely, you will have the autonomy to practice the right way while being genuinely valued for your expertise.
About You
We are looking for a compassionate clinician who prides themselves on a person-centred, thoughtful approach to nursing. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Qualifications & Registration: Current NMC registration and up-to-date knowledge of current clinical practices.
Experience: Proven ability to produce well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
Knowledge: A strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
