As a staffing partner, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to recruit for this vital Senior Planning Analytics (TM1) Developer position on behalf of BAE Systems.

Operating within a collaborative data and analytics team, you will design and deliver robust Planning Analytics solutions using IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), PAW, PAfE, and Cognos Analytics within an Agile environment, while mentoring junior developers and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Model & Dashboard Design: Design and develop advanced Planning Analytics models, reports, and dashboards using TM1, PAW, and PAfE.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions and system designs.

• Data Integration: Drive data integration and evaluation, working with SQL and various data sources to deliver impactful business insights.

• Agile Delivery & Mentorship: Test, deploy, and maintain solutions within Agile sprints using version control, while supporting and mentoring junior developers.

What We Are Looking For

• Technical Experience: Considerable Planning Analytics (TM1) development experience building models, reports, and data solutions.

• Data Handling: Proven ability to handle and interpret data using SQL or similar tools to ensure accuracy and insights.

• Requirements Translation: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.

• Agile Competency: Experience working within Agile development methodologies, testing frameworks, and version control environments.
