About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Care Assistant for a full-time permanent position in Tadcaster, North Yorkshire.
In this role, you will support residents with their daily living routines, ensuring they receive dignified, person-centered care and genuine companionship. Every day offers a varied and fulfilling schedule—from assisting with meals and refreshments to following tailored care plans and spending quality one-on-one time with residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with personal care routines, mobility, and daily living tasks.
Supporting residents with nutritional needs, hydration, and mealtimes.
Implementing and following individualized care plans to ensure safety, dignity, and respect for resident preferences.
Providing meaningful companionship and engagement to promote emotional well-being.
Maintaining accurate care records and communicating effectively with the care team.
About You
Experience: Previous experience caring for older adults in a residential or care home setting.
Attributes: Compassionate, warm-hearted, and dependable with a positive "can-do" approach.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine commitment to delivering high standards of care.
