As a Clean Team Member, you will execute daily cleaning duties using modern equipment to maintain peak cleanliness across gym floors, changing areas, showers, and poolside facilities. By managing your time effectively and adhering to safety processes, you will help deliver an outstanding experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and prepare various club areas including gym floors, changing rooms, showers, and poolside spaces.
Safely operate specialist cleaning equipment such as scrubber dryers, rotary machines, and carpet cleaners.
Perform periodic deep cleaning, handle waste disposal, and maintain strict health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Requirements
Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role within a customer-facing or leisure environment.
Strong organizational skills with a friendly, customer-focused, and reliable approach.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with colleagues and members.
