Your Role: What You’ll Do

As a Day Care Assistant, you will be at the heart of our residents' daily lives, offering compassionate support that goes beyond standard tasks to genuinely nurture individual wellbeing.

• Support with daily routines: Gently assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, hygiene, and enjoying meals, always maintaining their dignity.

• Promote independence: Empower residents to feel valued and confident in their day-to-day choices.

• Build meaningful connections: Develop trusting, friendly relationships that provide companionship to residents and reassurance to their families.

• Deliver tailored care: Help implement personalized care plans that honor each resident’s unique wishes and personal story.

What We Are Looking For

• Compassionate & Patient: Passionate about delivering outstanding, respectful care to older adults.

• Eligible to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK and live within a commutable distance of Tooting (SW17 6DJ).
