Job Overview
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to join our outreach services in Havant and Drayton, Hampshire.

What You Will Do
Divide your time between hands-on support and leadership or administrative responsibilities
Coordinate service delivery, guide and mentor staff, and ensure safe, smooth operations
Support individuals with daily living skills, activities, personal care, routines, and budgeting
Use proactive and person-centred approaches, including positive behavioural support
Maintain accurate records and report changes in health or circumstances to management
Work closely with families, carers, and external professionals to provide holistic care
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 12 months' right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care (with a willingness to work towards Level 3)
A caring team player with strong communication skills, initiative, and leadership potential
