About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit an experienced and motivating Out of Hours Team Leader for a store team in Southampton. In this full-time night shift role, you will play a key part in leading the day-to-day (or night-to-night) running of your department, leading by example to keep operations smooth and standards high.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Guiding and supporting your department colleagues and helping onboard new starters.
Managing stock levels and solving problems on the shop floor as a go-to point of contact.
Working closely with management to keep the team motivated, focused, and aligned with company goals.
Ensuring exceptional standards of service and operational efficiency throughout your shift.
About You
Experience: Prior experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment.
Supportive & Positive: Approachable, helpful, and ready to lend a hand with high energy and enthusiasm.
Organised & Reliable: Able to juggle tasks, manage priorities, take responsibility, and follow through on what needs to be done.
Flexible: Willing to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
