Salary: £28,557.79 - £32,802.41 Per Annum + Inner London Weighting (£4,236.47) (CGL points 23 to 28)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Change Grow Live (CGL) to recruit a dynamic, enthusiastic, and compassionate permanent Young Person's Resilience Worker to join their successful under-18s EASY Project service in Ealing.
In this rewarding role, you will engage young people who use substances through an outreach basis across the borough. Delivering targeted screenings, psychosocial interventions, harm reduction, and small-group educational workshops, you will empower young service users to reduce risks, increase resilience, and lead safe, healthy lives.
Direct Outreach & Support: Engage young people from entry through to post-treatment support, delivering assessments, integrated care planning, and tailored interventions.
Harm Reduction & Education: Design and deliver workshops and targeted small-group sessions focused on substance awareness, education, and prevention.
Safeguarding & Advocacy: Identify and respond effectively to safeguarding concerns, and provide advocacy by participating in multi-agency meetings (e.g., Child Protection meetings, Complex Case Reviews).
Community Engagement: Attend community events, network with partner agencies, and deliver training/guidance for professionals, parents, and carers.
Experience with Youth: Proven experience working with children and young people in a health, social care, or related setting.
Safeguarding Knowledge: Solid understanding of safeguarding issues, child protection legislation, and best practices.
Substance Misuse Understanding: Good understanding of drug and alcohol issues and evidence-based practice around young people's treatment services.
Requirements: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Must hold the legal Right to Work in the UK (note: this role is subject to an enhanced DBS check).
Annual Leave: 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 extra day for each year of service during the first five years (up to 30 days).
