Position: Theatre Practitioner Scrub – Robotics Gynaecology and Urology (Permanent, Full-Time)
Location: Cromwell Hospital, London, SW5 0TU (5-minute walk from Earls Court underground or 7-minute walk from Gloucester Road underground)
Salary: £37,080 to £46,890 per annum
Contract Type: Full-time, 37 hours per week (Monday to Saturday with additional shift enhancements for weekend working; various shift patterns available)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Bupa to recruit an experienced Theatre Practitioner Scrub specializing in Robotics Gynaecology and Urology for the prestigious Cromwell Hospital in central London.
The main adult theatre at Cromwell Hospital is a busy, dynamic environment setting the benchmark for clinical excellence. Operating across 6 advanced suites, the hospital attracts international patients and world-class consultants for specialties including Da Vinci robotic surgery, cardiac, orthopaedics, thoracic, and more. As part of the team, you will ensure a first-class, safe, and effective perioperative journey for every patient, supported by cutting-edge environments like Bupa's state-of-the-art Clinical Training Academy in Staines for immersive learning and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating high-quality perioperative patient care.
Assisting in the positioning and preparation of patients as directed by the surgical team, ensuring specimens are correctly labeled and safely dispatched to the laboratory.
Preparing patients for clinical and operative procedures across both anaesthetics and surgery.
Providing immediate post-operative care and taking charge of the clinical area in the absence of an advanced practitioner.
Participating in the delegation, supervision, and mentorship of junior grades, unqualified, and less experienced staff.
Maintaining accurate data collection regarding theatre activity and adhering strictly to supply usage and departmental ordering guidelines.
NMC Registered Nurse (Adult and/or Children) OR HCPC registered with a Diploma or Degree in Health Care Studies / ODP Level 3 NVQ / ODA 752.
Proven, essential prior perioperative scrub experience specifically in Robotics Gynaecology, Urology, and/or Thoracic surgery.
