Key Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care and support with daily living activities, companionship, and personal care.

• Assist residents with nutrition, hydration, and recreational activities that promote physical and emotional wellbeing.

• Maintain accurate care records and report any changes in residents' health or wellbeing.

Requirements

• Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a care team.

• Previous care experience or a Health & Social Care qualification is desirable.
