About the Role
As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will step in during shift cover and peak periods to maintain exceptional clinical standards, exercise critical decision-making, and promote the physical, psychological, and social well-being of residents.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Clinical Care & Assessment: Developing, reviewing, and updating person-centred care plans and thorough risk assessments tailored to individual resident needs.
Medication Administration: Safely managing and administering medications in strict compliance with NMC standards and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
Autonomous Decision-Making: Exercising your professional clinical judgment to navigate complex care scenarios with total organizational backing.
Regulatory Governance: Ensuring all care delivery aligns with legal frameworks, including MCA and DoLS guidelines.
Shift Flexibility: Picking up day or night shifts based on your personal availability and the care home's requirements.
About You
We are seeking a warm, skilled RGN with up-to-date, evidence-based clinical knowledge and a thoughtful, person-centred approach.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
Professional Registration: Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Clinical Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern nursing practices, medication protocols, and regulatory frameworks (MCA/DoLS).
Care Planning Skills: Proven experience creating and evaluating detailed clinical care plans and risk assessments.
Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills, clinical integrity, and a compassionate nature.
