Job Overview
Are you enthusiastic, energetic, and ready to make a positive difference? We are looking for a warm, female Bank Support Worker to join our outreach team, supporting two fantastic women who share a home in Ringwood.
You will help support individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, and complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives.
About the Role & Location
The Clients: Two women living together who love music, arts & crafts, and fun activities. They have a bubbly personality and are looking for someone with a lively, positive approach.
The Routine: They attend a local day centre on weekdays (some half days), giving you the chance to provide dedicated 1:1 time at home or out in the community.
Your Duties:
Encourage independence and community involvement.
Support daily living activities (personal care, routines, meal preparation, budgeting, and hobbies).
Communicate effectively using the individuals' preferred methods.
Apply positive behavioural support approaches.
Maintain accurate records and report changes to management.
Work well both as part of a team and independently.
What We Need From You
A warm, bubbly, and proactive approach (female applicant required due to service user needs).
Flexibility to cover a mix of day shifts, evenings, and weekends.
A minimum of 12 months on your legal right to work in the UK.
What We Offer
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour.
Sleep Shifts: £60 per night.
