We are excited to represent Avery Healthcare in their search for an experienced and enthusiastic Learning and Development Facilitator to cover their luxury care homes across Leeds and the surrounding areas.
The Role
Are you an experienced training professional looking for a rewarding role where you can drive performance, nurture talent, and ensure exceptional standards of care? As a Learning and Development Facilitator, your focus will be to drive performance and quality within our homes through the delivery of quality-assured training, ensuring we maintain a competent and compliant team dedicated to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading interactive training sessions for a cluster of homes, focusing heavily on statutory and mandatory topics.
Identifying learning needs using the Learning Management System (LMS).
Planning, designing, and facilitating engaging learning courses and content—both face-to-face and virtually—while accurately recording training in the LMS.
Assessing learner knowledge, confidence, and understanding throughout the training process.

Requirements:
Proven experience in learning and development within the adult social care sector, backed by related qualifications.
Comprehensive knowledge of statutory and mandatory training requirements.
A strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and meeting neurodiversity learning needs.
Hold a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or a willingness to work towards it).
Hold a Level 3 (or above) in Health and Social Care (or a similar qualification).
A full UK driving licence and your own transport.
Requirements for Employment: Proof of eligibility to work in the UK and a DBS Disclosure check (the cost of which is fully covered by Avery Healthcare).
