As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support daily kitchen operations by maintaining strict cleanliness, preparing basic ingredients, and assisting senior chefs to deliver nutritious meals for residents.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards across the kitchen, washing utensils, pots, and food preparation areas.
Assist with basic food preparation, such as preparing vegetables and making sandwiches under chef supervision.
Correctly store dry, perishable, and chemical supplies in compliance with health and safety procedures.
