Anthropic is hiring a Research Engineer in London to work on training large AI models. The role is roughly half research and half engineering, and is based in the office five days a week.

What they're looking for:

• Experience training large language models, or deep skills in JAX, TPUs, PyTorch or large distributed systems

• Strong debugging across a whole training system

• Willing to be on call around launches, including some evenings and weekends

• A degree or equivalent experience
