About the Role

As a Bank Admin Assistant at Cedars Care Home, you will carry out a diverse range of administrative responsibilities to help us deliver the quality care and support our residents deserve.

Working flexibly on a casual bank contract to cover planned or unplanned absences, you will answer phones, handle files, and provide crucial support to our home managers. As a key ambassador for the home, you will also meet and greet visitors, engage warmly with residents, and show prospective clients and families around, helping to create a vibrant, happy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general reception duties, including answering telephone calls with a confident, professional manner.

• Handle administrative files, records, and day-to-day office tasks to support home managers.

• Meet and greet visitors, providing a warm and welcoming first impression of the care home.

• Conduct informative tours of the home for prospective residents and their families.

• Provide flexible bank cover on days as and when required to support the home.
