Availability & Working Hours

• Contracted Hours: 12.50 hours per week (with opportunities to discuss flexible working arrangements).

• Required Evening Availability Window:

  • Tuesday: 16:00 – 22:15

  • Wednesday: 16:00 – 22:15

• Note: You will receive 3 weeks' notice of your exact shift schedules. Applicants must be over 18 years of age for this role due to evening working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Put customers at the heart of everything you do, greeting shoppers with a smile and serving with passion and pride.

• Store Operations: Work flexibly across store service, picking, and replenishment areas, and occasionally help accept store deliveries.

• Product Care & Standards: Handle products carefully to maintain high quality, reduce waste, and keep shelves well-presented.

• Team & Community Spirit: Take part in seasonal and community events, building strong relationships with colleagues to create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.

What You Will Need

• A genuine passion for delivering great service and building rapport with customers.

• The ability to take the initiative, make right-for-customer decisions, and communicate openly within a team.

• Reliability, punctuality, and pride in being a positive brand ambassador.

• Must be 18 years or older to apply (due to working past 9:45 PM).
