Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with leading organizations to bring you rewarding career opportunities. We are currently recruiting a dedicated Maintenance Operative for an Asylum Accommodation and Support Services (AASC) contract in Liverpool.
In this vital role, you will help maintain temporary accommodation properties, ensuring that all reactive, proactive, and pre-planned repairs are completed to a high standard and within strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out general maintenance tasks relating to joinery, fitting, plumbing, painting, decorating, and more.
Manage your own workflow efficiently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.
Maintain strict Health & Safety standards for yourself and property residents during and after completion of works.
Order and manage materials using a company account card from approved suppliers.
Keep the provided company vehicle clean, professional, and well-maintained.
Participate in an out-of-hours on-call emergency rota (approximately once every 8–10 weeks).
Previous practical maintenance experience in trades such as joinery, plumbing, fitting, or painting & decorating.
A highly motivated, proactive work ethic with strong problem-solving skills.
A valid, full UK Driving Licence (essential for travel across the region).

Competitive Salary: £27,500 – £33,500 per year, depending on experience.
