Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit a dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN) for Mount Vale Care Home. In this role, you will look after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents, making critical clinical decisions, developing tailored care plans, and ensuring safe medication administration while fostering a safe and supportive environment.
What You Will Need
Qualifications & Registration: Current NMC registration and up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices.
Experience & Knowledge: Proven experience producing detailed care plans and risk assessments, alongside a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks (including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).
