Remote Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist

Supportive Bridge Limited is recruiting on behalf of Bupa for an experienced and BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist to join their growing remote clinical team across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified CBT professional who is passionate about improving mental health outcomes while enjoying the flexibility of remote working. You will provide evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to clients through secure video and telephone consultations, helping individuals overcome a wide range of mental health challenges in a supportive and professional environment.

Working as part of Bupa's multidisciplinary clinical team, you will deliver high-quality therapy, complete comprehensive assessments, and develop personalised treatment plans that support clients on their recovery journey. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to clients via secure video and telephone consultations.
Complete comprehensive clinical assessments, formulations, and evidence-based treatment plans.
Manage a caseload while ensuring excellent clinical outcomes and patient care.
Work collaboratively with Clinical Leads and the wider therapy team.
Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with professional and regulatory standards.
Support clients in achieving therapeutic goals within agreed treatment plans.
Provide safe, confidential, and compassionate mental health support.

Requirements

Full BABCP Accreditation (essential).
Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (BABCP Accredited).
Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience delivering high-intensity CBT.
Excellent communication, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office and electronic patient record systems.
Right to work and be based within the UK.
