Supportive Bridge Staffing is excited to partner with Lift Aylward in hiring a dedicated, organized, and customer-focused Casual Lettings Officer (Community Lettings Assistant).
In this role, you will help make sure the school’s facilities are utilized safely and effectively by local community groups, sports clubs, and external organizations outside of normal school hours. You will oversee lettings during evenings, weekends, and school holiday periods, serving as the face of the school while providing excellent customer service.
Facility Management & Supervision: Oversee and manage bookings to guarantee the smooth, safe operation of facilities during evening, weekend, and holiday lettings.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide a welcoming, professional, and helpful point of contact for external clients, community members, and visitors.
Independent Problem Solving: Work confidently with minimal supervision, taking initiative to manage logistics and resolve operational queries as they arise.
Site Security & Standards: Ensure that school spaces are left clean, secure, and fully prepared for normal school operations the following day.
Issue Escalation: Promptly handle any site-related queries, reporting or escalating concerns appropriately when necessary.
