Pay Rate: £12.75 - £13.75 per hour (depending on experience)

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is collaborating with Bupa to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant for a bank contract at Stamford Care Home in London.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting residents with a wide range of needs, from meaningful companionship to personal care.
Observing, managing, and documenting resident behaviors, reporting any changes accurately in line with regulatory requirements.
Assisting with nutrition and hydration needs, supporting and encouraging residents to eat and drink according to their personalized care plans.
Providing vital physical and mental stimulation through engaging social and recreational activities, both in groups and on a 1-to-1 basis.
Maintaining accurate, compliant care documentation in line with legal standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
High motivation, a positive attitude, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication abilities with the confidence to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Desirable: Previous experience working in a care home environment or holding a relevant Health and Social Care qualification.
