About the Role

Prefer working evenings and nights? Through Bridge Staffing Agency, we are recruiting for a night shift Warehouse Operative in Nottingham. While most people are asleep, you will play a critical part behind the scenes—picking, loading, and preparing customer orders across ambient, chilled, and frozen environments so the country keeps moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Voice-Directed Picking: Accurately pick customer orders using voice technology headsets.

• Loading & Stock Organization: Organize, store, and load products safely ready for next-day dispatch.

• Equipment Operation: Safely handle warehouse equipment, including pump trucks, power pallet trucks, and forklifts (full training provided).

• Overnight Efficiency: Work as part of a supportive team to ensure drivers leave on schedule with complete and accurate orders.

• Physical Fitness: A good level of fitness for an active, fast-paced role involving regular movement and manual handling.

• Helpful Experience: Voice picking technology or multi-temperature warehouse experience is advantageous, though not essential.
