Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (06:00 to 15:30)

About the Role

As a Warehouse Operative (Days) representing Bridge Staffing Agency at Bidfood in Bicester, you will be the vital engine behind our daily operations. Every successful delivery starts right here in the warehouse, and your hard work ensures customer orders are picked accurately, loaded safely, and ready to roll out on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick customer orders across various temperature zones.

• Load delivery vehicles safely and correctly organise stock.

• Operate warehouse equipment safely, with full training provided (including pump trucks, power pallet trucks, and forklifts).

• Support colleagues to keep the warehouse running smoothly throughout your shift.

What You Need to Apply

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent attention to detail.

• Great teamwork and communication skills.

• A good level of physical fitness for an active role involving manual handling.

• Note: Prior warehouse or multi-temperature experience is helpful, but full training will be provided!
