Pay Rate: £13.01 per hour (with higher weekend pay rates available)

About the Role
As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with this leading not-for-profit provider to find a dedicated and detail-oriented Bank Housekeeper for Boultham Park House in Lincoln.
Set in its own grounds overlooking and adjoining Boultham Park's beautiful gardens, lake, and bandstand, Boultham Park House offers high-quality residential and dementia care for up to 34 residents. In this flexible bank role, you will play a vital part in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control—creating a safe, welcoming, and comfortable home environment for our residents, their families, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain spotless standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness across all resident rooms and communal living spaces.
Act as a champion for infection control, utilizing specialized cleaning equipment and materials safely.
Interact warmly with residents, some of whom may love to join in with simple cleaning and laundry tasks as part of their daily routine.
Work collaboratively as part of a warm, supportive extended family team dedicated to resident wellbeing.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous housekeeping experience in a care or residential setting is wonderful, but no prior professional experience is required as full training is provided!
Attributes: A strong sense of pride in your work, a sensitive and caring manner when relating to elderly residents, and good communication skills.
Readiness: A keenness to learn, work well within a team, and excel in maintaining a pristine, safe environment every day.
