Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is currently partnering with Rhodes Wood Hospital to supply dedicated, skilled nursing professionals. Rhodes Wood is a specialist inpatient eating disorder service providing tailored treatment programmes for children and young people aged 12 to 18 years.
Please note: Candidates must have a minimum of 12 months' post-qualification experience to be considered for this placement.
Deliver high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to children and young people within a specialist inpatient setting.
Take full responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized patient care plans.
Provide mentorship, guidance, and active support to junior team members, promoting a positive ward culture.
Observe, record, and report all clinical changes in service users, ensuring meticulous maintenance of care records.
Work collaboratively as an integral part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients along their recovery pathways.
To be successful in this agency placement, you will need:
A relevant professional nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD).
Active NMC registration with no restrictions.
A minimum of 12 months' post-qualification experience gained within the NHS or private healthcare sector.
Strong team-working skills, self-motivation, and a flexible approach to clinical environments.
