Voyage Care needs an experienced Senior Support Worker for its service in Oldbury. Alongside helping people grow their independence, you will support the service manager with running the service – planning shifts, supervising and inducting staff, arranging training and ordering medication.

Key details

• Pay: £13.72 per hour, with extra pay for evening and weekend work and premium overtime (employer's terms apply)

• Hours: 37.5 hours a week, permanent, full-time

• Location: Oldbury (West Midlands)

What you'll need

• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker

• Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care

• Experience supporting people with complex needs, such as distressed behaviour, mental health conditions or trauma

• A full UK driving licence

• Satisfactory DBS check and references
