As a permanent Care Assistant at Challoner House, you will help our residents enjoy every single day by making sure they receive the quality care, support, and companionship they deserve.

Your responsibilities will range from assisting with daily living, food, and drink, to following personal care plans and spending valuable one-to-one time sharing special moments and memories. Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centred support with daily living and personal care.

• Assist residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional support.

• Follow tailored care plans and ensure individual dignity and preferences are always respected.

• Spend quality one-to-one time with residents, offering companionship and emotional support.

• Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team on a permanent contract (33.75 hours per week).
