Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with BAE Systems—a global leader in defence, aerospace, and security—to source an aspiring and driven Undergraduate Head Office Human Resources professional for a 12-month industrial placement in Frimley.
As part of the Head Office team, you will support the vital network providing tools, processes, and expertise to teams delivering the world’s most advanced technology-led solutions. This placement offers an exceptional platform to gain multi-disciplinary HR exposure, engage with senior leaders, and lay a strong foundation for your future career in human resources.
This role involves supporting and integrating a range of key HR activities, including Learning and Development, People Development, Performance Management, Resourcing, and Talent Management. You will help coordinate communications, draft team presentations, facilitate meetings, and build effective relationships across the business while gaining valuable insight into corporate HR strategy.
HR Project Support: Assist with HR projects and activities across recruitment, learning, talent, and employee development.
Communications & Reporting: Help prepare communications, presentations, and reports for colleagues and stakeholders.
Event Coordination: Organize meetings, events, and team activities to support the delivery of key HR priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build positive working relationships with individuals across different teams and business areas.
Data & Continuous Improvement: Use data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Academic Background: Must be on track to obtain a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a pass at Master’s level in Human Resources or Business Management.
Working Arrangement: On-site presence in Frimley 3 to 4 days per week under hybrid working guidelines.
Security Clearance: All applicants must achieve, as a minimum, the Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). Note: Due to strict security and export control restrictions, candidates must meet national identity, birthplace, and residency criteria (typically requiring continuous UK residency of 5 to 10 years for higher-level national security vetting).
