About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find an experienced, compassionate, and dedicated Residential Senior Carer for Falmouth Court Care Home.
In this vital leadership role, you will champion person-centred care, ensuring residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met with dignity and respect. You will lead and mentor a team of care staff on shift, oversee medication administration and ordering, update care plans and risk assessments, and collaborate closely with GPs, district nurses, and families.
About You

Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Experience: Proven background working within a residential care setting.
