Monzo is looking for Senior Technical Program Managers to join its engineering teams in Payments or Business Banking. You can be based in London or work remotely within the UK.

What you will do:

• Plan and run complex programmes that launch products across many teams
• Set roadmaps and milestones, manage priorities, trade-offs, risks and dependencies
• Keep technical and non-technical stakeholders aligned and remove blockers
• Help Business Banking build tools for small businesses, or help Payments improve how money moves

What they ask for:

• 5+ years managing complex technology programmes or products from start to launch
• Clear, persuasive communication, including with senior leaders
• Ability to understand how products and platforms fit together and spot delivery risks early
