Role Description

As a Swim Instructor, you will design and lead structured swimming sessions for varied age groups and abilities, fostering a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging individual and group swimming lessons using the Swim England framework.

• Adapt teaching methods to meet individual swimmer needs and help them achieve their goals.

• Promote facility services and club memberships by building positive relationships with participants and families.

Requirements

• ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an approachable, inspiring teaching style.

• Proven passion for swimming and working with diverse age groups and skill levels.
