ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Care Assistant at Oaklands Care Home, you will play a vital role in ensuring residents receive the individualized care, dignity, and companionship they deserve. Working 42 hours per week on full-time shifts (days or nights available), this role offers a fulfilling environment where you can make a meaningful difference every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living needs, including personal care, nutrition, and mobility support.
Follow personalized care plans to deliver person-centred, high-quality care.
Provide warm companionship, taking time for dedicated one-to-one engagement with residents.
Support care staff and clinical colleagues to maintain a safe, welcoming, and vibrant care home environment.

Experience: Previous experience caring for older people.
