Non-Clinical Deputy Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional to support the day-to-day management of the home while helping to deliver exceptional, person-centred care and maintaining high operational standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the Home Manager to lead teams, ensure quality service delivery, and create a positive environment for residents and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily management of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Assist with staff supervision, rota management, and the implementation of effective care plans and operational procedures.

• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and local partners to promote a welcoming and supportive care environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience working within a care home or residential care environment.
