We are Bridge Staffing Agency, a dedicated recruitment partner committed to connecting exceptional talent with organizations where they can make a lasting impact. We take pride in building collaborative relationships and tailoring our search solutions to your professional goals, your pace, and your people.
We are partnering with a major UK organization investing heavily in a significant, multi-year technology and business transformation programme. They are looking for a BA Practice Lead to come in, build out a more mature, consistent Business Analysis capability, and truly put your stamp on how business analysis is done across the organization.
This is a build rather than maintain opportunity. You’ll inherit a small team of experienced BAs along with a few dotted line reports. While the capability is there, what’s missing is the structure around it—giving you two years to properly embed changes and see the impact.
Build and mature the organization-wide Business Analysis practice.
Create consistent standards, methodology, and ways of working.
Lead, coach, and develop an experienced BA team.
Improve requirements management, traceability, and quality assurance.
Raise the maturity of process mapping and as-is/to-be process design.
Ensure analysis is driving the right business outcomes rather than simply documenting requirements.
Get involved early to help shape new initiatives before they move into delivery.
Manage BA capacity across a broad portfolio of change.
Work closely with Delivery, Transformation, PMO, and external partners.
Roll your sleeves up and get hands-on with the more complex pieces of work when needed.
Proven experience operating as a BA Practice Lead, Head of Business Analysis, BA Manager, or experienced Lead BA with responsibility for developing a wider capability.
Demonstrated track record of building or significantly maturing a BA practice before.
Strong leadership experience in coaching and developing teams of experienced BAs.
Background working across large-scale business and technology transformation.
Strong process design, operating model, requirements management, and traceability experience.
Familiarity with different delivery methodologies and what "good" looks like.
Excellent business stakeholder skills with the confidence to challenge constructively.
A pragmatic, non-bureaucratic approach to introducing processes.
Experience from a service-led, operational environment (transport, travel, hospitality, retail, or infrastructure) is a bonus.
