At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are currently recruiting dedicated Bank Care Assistants on behalf of Barchester Healthcare to join the care team at Burwood Grange Care Home in Walton-on-Thames.

In this rewarding, flexible position, you will assist residents with their daily living routines, providing dignified personal care, support during mealtimes, and warm companionship. Every shift brings variety and purpose—whether you are following individualized care plans, aiding with daily tasks, or spending quality one-on-one time sharing conversations and creating positive moments with residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Person-Centered Care: Support residents with personal hygiene, mobility, and daily living needs according to individual care plans.

• Nutrition & Hydration: Assist residents with meals and drinks during dining hours and throughout your shift.

• Warm Companionship: Build friendly, respectful relationships with residents, ensuring everyone receives personal attention and emotional reassurance.

• Flexible Coverage: Step in across day or night shifts on a casual basis to provide essential cover for annual leave, staff sickness, or peak care needs.

About You

• Experience: Prior experience caring for older individuals (in a professional setting or personal capacity).

• Key Strengths: Excellent communication skills, strong empathy, and a proactive "can-do" mindset.
