• Organize creative events, physical activities, and group outings in collaboration with families and community networks.

• Maintain a vibrant, stimulating atmosphere by introducing innovative ideas to meet diverse resident interests.

Requirements

• A passionate, creative, and energetic mindset dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults.

• Strong organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to engage warmly with residents, families, and staff.

• Eagerness to undergo training and skill development through the internal Learning Academy.
