About the Role
As a Laundry Assistant, you will take ownership of the day-to-day laundry operations, directly impacting the residents' comfort and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Laundry Operations: Sort, wash, dry, iron, and fold clothes, linens, and bedding efficiently.
Resident Support: Ensure residents’ personal clothing items are handled with care, properly maintained, and returned promptly.
Hygiene & Standards: Maintain clean, safe, and organized laundry rooms while strictly following health and hygiene guidelines.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the wider domestic and care teams to support smooth care home operations.
