Salary: £17.73 per hour (£17.08 ph + £0.65 shift premium), earning a minimum of £709 per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 04:30 AM – 01:30 PM, or alternating rotas)

We are partnering with our client to recruit a dedicated Senior Support - Arrival Operative for their primary processing site in Hereford. No prior manufacturing or factory experience is necessary—full training will be provided!
Key Responsibilities
Bird Welfare & Production: Ensure all birds are handled and correctly placed on the production line while strictly complying with high animal welfare standards.
Physical Handling: Comfortably lift birds (averaging 2kg each) on a repetitive basis and handle/lift crates averaging 15kg.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and food safety rules, utilizing required safety equipment and following company policies.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively alongside team members and supervisors to maintain a smooth, efficient production flow.
