About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to find an experienced and dedicated Senior Care Assistant for Lotus Manor Care Home.
In this vital leadership role, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents to ensure the continuous delivery of exceptional, person-centred care. Working alongside the Deputy General Manager, you will supervise and inspire a team of Care Assistants and support the clinical team in specialized areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, or reviews. You will always champion the dignity and independence of our residents while contributing to a warm, vibrant environment.
About You
We are looking for a warm-hearted and compassionate leader who is committed to high-standard, individualized care. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Experience & Knowledge: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly, along with proven team leadership skills. (Plus, excellent opportunities for career progression into Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing pathways!)
