Care Supervisor

The Care Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day activities of a small care team, ensuring high-quality care is delivered in line with company policies and regulatory standards. The role involves supporting residents, supervising staff, and promoting a culture of dignity, respect, and excellence in care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the care team to deliver outstanding person-centred care to residents.

• Monitor residents' wellbeing, maintain accurate care records, and respond appropriately to any changes or concerns.

• Provide guidance and support to residents, families, and colleagues while helping to resolve concerns professionally.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).

• Recognised Medication Administration qualification with previous senior care experience.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
