Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with BAE Systems—a global leader in defence, aerospace, and security—to source an analytical and ambitious Graduate Architecture Management Associate for their Enterprise Architecture team.

As part of the Shared Services team, you will support experts managing complex programmes and critical operations that drive advanced engineering across the UK. Role Overview

As a Graduate Architecture Management Associate, you will support experienced architects by helping to coordinate project and product demand and assisting with governance forums such as architecture review boards and working groups. You will gain hands-on experience in documenting and developing architectural capabilities while learning how strategic architectural decisions influence large, complex global organizations.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Demand Planning: Support the planning, tracking, and coordination of architecture demand across various projects and products.

• Documentation Management: Create, maintain, and quality-check architecture documentation, ensuring records, standards, and reference materials remain accurate and up to date.

• Information Governance: Manage architecture information and artefacts within TeamSite, ensuring documents are organized, accessible, and aligned with governance requirements.

• Governance Support: Assist with architecture review meetings, capturing decisions, actions, and outcomes accurately.

• Analysis & Reporting: Analyze information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting clear and accurate findings.

• Information Stewardship: Demonstrate strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills while handling sensitive information responsibly.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Academic Background: Must have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, at least a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree (or a pass at Master's level) in a Digital Business or Information Management related degree.

• Working Arrangement: Flexible hybrid arrangement with on-site attendance in Preston or Frimley expected 2 days per week.

• Security Clearance: All applicants must achieve, as a minimum, the Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). Note: Due to strict security and export control restrictions, candidates must meet national identity, birthplace, and residency criteria (typically requiring continuous UK residency of 5 to 10 years for higher-level national security vetting).
