As a Night Care Assistant at Queens Manor Care Home, you will help our residents through the night by ensuring they receive the high-quality care and support they deserve. You will assist with daily living, provide comforting companionship, and help maintain a safe, calm, and welcoming environment.

• Assisting residents with personal care and night-time routines

• Supporting residents with hydration, comfort, and following personalised care plans

• Ensuring each resident feels safe, secure, and valued throughout the night

• Bringing a warm, dedicated, and professional approach to a supportive environment

About You

To join us as a Night Care Assistant, you will need:

• Previous experience of caring for older people

• A positive, can-do approach with excellent communication skills

• Genuine empathy, warmth, and a passion for delivering exceptional care
