In this engaging and rewarding role, you will design and implement personalized activity plans that encourage residents to remain as active and independent as possible. Working alongside families, residents, and local communities, you will bring creative thinking and a sense of fun to provide new experiences, foster social interaction, and enhance the everyday lives of residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with residents to identify unique goals and build personalized activity plans catering to a diverse range of interests.

• Organize and support daily physical, social, and creative activities in a stimulating, homely environment.

• Collaborate with families, residents, and local community groups to deliver meaningful experiences and events.

Requirements

• A creative, enthusiastic, and proactive approach paired with a mature, sensible, and committed attitude.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to motivate and engage residents.

• No prior experience required; willingness to undergo induction and ongoing training via the internal Learning Academy.
