Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Senior Care Assistant for South Chowdene Care Home. In this role, you will supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager, support the clinical team with medication, care plans, and assessments, and help create a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for our residents.

What You Will Need

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.

• Knowledge & Experience: Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.

• Personal Qualities: Warm-hearted, compassionate, and naturally motivating, with strong leadership skills and a commitment to resident dignity.
